These terms govern access to and use of the Semo Textile website. Product purchases, sampling and development work remain subject to separately agreed commercial terms.

Fabric descriptions, specifications, images, availability and guidance are provided for general sourcing and development purposes. They are not a binding quotation, warranty or offer to sell. Final colour, handle, width, weight, composition, performance, price and availability must be confirmed against an approved sample and written order terms.

3. Images, samples and colour

Screen settings, lighting, photography and production variation can affect colour and texture. Website images must not be treated as an exact substitute for a physical swatch, lab dip, handloom or production sample.

4. Online tools

Calculators, pattern previews and other tools provide estimates or visual aids. You are responsible for checking results before relying on them for inspection, costing, production or purchasing decisions.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics, product photographs and tool interfaces belong to Semo Textile or are used with permission. You may view and share links for legitimate business evaluation. Copying, republishing, scraping, reselling or using content to misrepresent products or ownership is not permitted without written authorisation.

You must not interfere with website operation, bypass access controls, submit unlawful or harmful material, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated systems in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on the service.

The website may link to services such as WhatsApp, Instagram and Google. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and Semo Textile is not responsible for their content or availability.
