If you contact us through email, WhatsApp or Instagram, we receive the information included in that communication. Our hosting provider may also process basic technical logs, such as IP address, browser information and request time, for delivery, reliability and security.

Website inquiries are processed through our website hosting service and forwarded to our authorised team through Feishu/Lark. If you choose to contact us through email, WhatsApp or Instagram, the relevant provider will process that communication under its own terms and privacy policy.

Because we operate from China and use international service providers, information may be processed outside your country. We limit access to people and providers who need the information for the purposes described above.

Inquiry records are generally kept for up to three years after the last meaningful business contact. We may keep specific records longer when needed for an active contract, accounting, dispute resolution or another legal requirement. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised where reasonably practicable.
